Caramel Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • cooking spray, for dish
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix batter ingredients into a sprayed deep dish pie plate.
  2. Stir together corn syrup, brown sugar and butter in a small bowl. Add pecans and mix well. Combine cinnamon-sugar ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Top batter evenly with cinnamon sugar topping. Spoon the caramel pecan topping evenly over the batter.
  4. Bake by placing in a cold oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F.
  5. Bake 25 minutes until lightly browned and firm in the center.
  6. Cool slightly. serve warm.
