Can't Eat Just One  no Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in kettle over medium heat. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and oatmeal, and let stand for 1 minute. Spoon onto wax or parchment paper and let cool. ENJOY!
