Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix flour with sugar,buttermilk,and egg yolk,add 2 tablespoons butter,let melt as cook. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour filling in baked pie crust and top with egg whites. Brown in 375* oven.
  2. As I said this is a old recipe. You put the ingredence in a pan.(Except egg whites) You bring to boil.( You separate egg from whites).
  3. Any questions,just ask me.
  4. (YOU CAN ADD 1 TABLESPOON LEMON FLAVORING TO FILLING).
