Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 large jar of oysters

Directions:

  1. Take your broiler pan and take the rack off. place oil or butter in the pan and melt under broiler. watch closely so as not to burn or set on fire. when melted place on top of stove .
  2. Take a large jar of oysters drain and rinse. then roll in flour mixture of salt and pepper roll the oysters in the flour salt and pepper. (you can also add your favorite seasoning salt to the flour mixture.) place in broiler pan coat in oil or butter and turn to coat other side of oysters. when all oysters are in the broiler pan place under broiler watch closely so as not to burn .when they are brown turn and brown the other side, when brown on both sides the oysters will be done. can be served with your favorite sauce. you can use lemon juice on these oysters also.
