Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare, bake and cool cupcakes.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, cool slightly.
  3. On medium speed, beat butter until fluffy. Slowly beat in melted chocolate, then confectioner's sugar.
  4. Chill until thickened (approx 15 mins).
  5. Spoon 1 1/4 c pudding into plastic freezer bag. Snip 1/4 hole in one corner. Insert bag tip 1 into center top of each cupcake. Squeeze 1 Tbs pudding into each.
  6. Frost cupcakes with remaining mixture.
  7. Garnish: Top with sprinkles and a Hershey kiss.
