Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream together over very low heat.
  2. Whisk in yolks, one at a time; mixture will thicken.
  3. Whisk in butter.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or until firm.
  5. With spoon make small balls.
  6. Roll in your choice of powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc.
  7. How many this will yield depends on how large or small you make them.
