Ingredients:

  • 2 lb whole unshelled un roasted peanuts
  • 2 tb heaping salt or more to taste

Directions:

  1. Rinse the peanuts, then dump them into a large pot. Pour in about 2 quarts
  2. Of water, enough to cover them by a couple of inches. This isn't as easy as
