Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine cocoa (and oil), oil, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.
  2. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes; centers will be somewhat soft. Cool on dry rack. Yields: 6 dozen.
