Ingredients:

  • use chocolate crust-see crust page.
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tea. root beer extract (or 1/2 cup flat root beer)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350^.
  2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in milk chocolate
  5. Add root beer, vanilla and cream.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
