Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 tsp salt , to taste

Directions:

  1. Using a blender pour entire contents of the can of whole tomatoes, liquid and all into blender.
  2. Add finely chopped green onion, the red pepper and salt.
  3. Pulse a few times in blender until the consistency of salsa.
  4. You may want to taste and adjust everything but tomatoes to taste, if you like it hotter, etc.
  5. It tastes better if chilled overnight as all the tastes combine together.
