Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice the tomato, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic and cilantro.
  2. Mix in a bowl and add lime juice.
  3. Slice the chicken breast into strips and roll in the taco seasoning mix.
  4. Spray a non-stick pan with the cooking spray and fry the chicken.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the pan after wiping it, then add half of the chicken some diced lettuce and a few spoonfuls of salsa to each tortilla.
