Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the berries, liqueur and granulated sugar in a electric blender. Mix till.
  2. Smoth. Then strain it through a fine sieve.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet, add brown sugar, when sugar is dissolved, add in.
  4. The bananas that have all ready been cut in half lengthwise. Let saute on each side for about 3-4 minutes, and then add the berry mixture,and reheat.
  5. Warm a little liqueur in a small pan. Very carefully ignite with a long kitchen.
  6. Match. Then ever so carefully pour over the bananas that are in the skillet.
  7. Gentley spoon the bananas and the flaming sauce into individual dessert bowls.
