Bacon Wrepped Breadsticks

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup. packed brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. chili powder ( not a typo)
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 3 oz package. of thin breadsticks

Directions:

  1. Combine first two ingredients in a glass pie pan and set aside.
  2. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each bread stick. The bacon fat will adhere the bacon to the bread stick.
  3. Roll each bread stick in sugar mixture and place on a rack set in a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cool 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve at room temp.
