Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim crusts from bread & flatten w/ rolling pin.
  2. Mix butter w/ cheese & spread on bread. Top each slice w/ asparagus spear. Roll bread around asparagus, securing w/ toothpick.
  3. Paint with melted butter & cut into fourths (can be easier to cut once frozen).
  4. Place on a cookie sheet in the freezer (put wax paper on the cookie sheet so they don't stick).
  5. When frozen, transfer to a plastic bag and store in freezer until ready to prepare.
  6. To prepare:.
  7. Bake frozen rollers on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
