Ingredients:

  1. Place milk, eggs, pancake mix and melted butter in bowl.
  2. Beat with mixer until batter is fairly smooth.
  3. Stir in apples.
  4. Bake in hot waffle iron until steaming stops.
  5. Serve with butter or margarine, syrup and/or preserves.
