Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla;beat well. Add apples all at once.Do not use mixer. Sift dry ingredients. Add gradually. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 11/2 hours. Let set on rack 5 mins before removing from pan.
