Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
  3. Mix until flour is moistened.
  4. By hand, fold in apples and walnuts.
  5. Spread in greased 9 square baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
