Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz milk

Directions:

  1. Froth milk with battery operated milk frother.
  2. Spoon froth on top of amaretto to create the cloud effect.
  3. Serve with an umbrella, swizel stick, or short straw so the drinker can play with it.
  4. NOTE: There is always left over milk that didn't get bubbles in it, don't use or you'll muddy the amaretto before it gets to the drinker.
  5. HINT: Heat up the milk for a Amaretto Summer Cloud.
  6. HINT: spin equal parts ice and milk in a blender or magic bullet for a Amaretto Snow Cloud.
  7. HINT: Double or triple the amount of Amaretto for a stronger drink.
