Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown your ground beef on the stovetop. (You can also use ground turkey for a healthier alternative)
  2. Drain the meat in a strainer and then place it in a medium size pot.
  3. Cut up your velvetta into cubes and add them to the pot.
  4. Add the two cans of rotel to the pot.
  5. Put your stove on medium heat and stir constantly until the cheese has melted.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.
