Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix together the sugar, flour and almonds.
  2. Stir in the egg white, butter and vanilla until blended.
  3. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 3 apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let cool on the baking sheets and then remove from paper.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
