Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream together shortening and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Blend in soy milk and vanilla.
  4. In a seperate bowl combine dry ingredients.
  5. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix to combine.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
