Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp dry yeast
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp warm water (110 degrees )
  • 1/3 cup veg. oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • add
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3-3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Knead until smooth and elastic about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Do NOT let rise.
  3. Shape into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball.
  4. Place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  5. Cover and let rise 10 minutes.
  6. Bake 425 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and place on wire racks to cool.
