Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in the center of the mixture.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk, vanilla and oil. Pour into well of flour mixture and stir just until ingredients are moistened.
  3. In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.
  4. Cook batter in waffle iron.
