Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine grated apples, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish and pat down.
  2. Whip the egg whites and sugar into a merangue with soft peaks. Spread merangue over the apple mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until dessert is set and merangue is golden.
  4. Chill and serve.
