Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, condensed milk, and egg whites on low with electric mixer, until moistened; increase speed to high and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in fruit and pecans.
  4. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pans.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
