White Chocolate Banana Nut Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening and sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (top 5 ingredients)
  4. Mash bananas with water
  5. Add banana and dry ingredients to shorteneing - alternating dry then banana
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts
