Water Melon & Feta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 water melon try some sweet n seedless
  • 200 g of feta
  • salt n pepper to taste
  • 80 ml of olive oil
  • some basil leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Wash n Cut the melon into 1/2 then with a scooper or a spoon scoop out some lovely round balls of watermelon or u cut into chunks it totally depends on you.
  2. In a mixing bowl add olive oil salt n pepper n just mix it a kind of dressing pour it on the water melon n let chill for couple of hour
  3. Before serving just add crumble feta n garnish with basil leaves try not to use knife to the cut leaves just with pluck it with hands
  4. Ready to serve . Can be served in the watermelon shell as shown in the picture ...
