Ingredients:

  • 4 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Boil. Reduce liquid to half.
  3. Strain and store.
  4. Use in place of Chicken Broth in Vietnamese recipes.
