Ttj's Virgin Pear Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel, quarter, and core pear before placing it into your blender. Slice off a wedge from your lime- trust me, you're going to need this later- and juice the rest of the lime. Pour the juice into the blender with the pear slices and add the sugar. Blend until the entire mix is in liquid form.
  2. Shake with cracked ice, strain into a glass of your choice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
  3. It does wonders for the taste of the drink if you slide the garnish around the rim of the glass between drinks.
