Tortillas the Indian Way

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk
  • 2 tbsp melted crisco
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix and Knead.
  2. Form small balls.
  3. Roll out on a floured surface.
  4. I fry them on a cast iron griddle thing that fits over the burner.
