Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 10 oz chocolate
  • 3 oz rum (or coffee liquer)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Scald milk and add to chocolate until melted.
  2. Steam Rum or Coffee Liquer and add to hot milk.
  3. Whip heavy cream and pour on top.
