Ingredients:
2 cups milk
10 ounces chocolate
3 ounces rum (or coffee liquer)
3/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Scald milk and add to chocolate until melted.
2. Steam Rum or Coffee Liquer and add to hot milk.
3. Whip heavy cream and pour on top.
