Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken, cool and debone then add back to broth. Add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat just until the peppers, onions and celery are tender. Serve in bowls along with fritos or tortilla chips crushed into bowls. Can add a touch of sour cream to cool the heat for children.
  2. NOTE: to speed this up, you could use chicken breasts from the freezer case - cut in thin strips - and cook along with the other ingredients.
