  32. Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  33. Slices prosciutto ham
  34. Slices provolone cheese
  35. Fresh basil leaves
  36. Kosher salt to taste
  37. Ground black pepper to taste
  38. Garlic powder to taste
  39. Italian seasoning to taste (optional)
  40. Preparation
  41. Trim off any excess fat from the chicken breasts as well as the small tenderloins if present.
  42. Place the breasts under a piece of plastic wrap and gently pound until a consistent 1/4 thickness.
  43. Sprinkle some kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning (optional) over each flattened chicken breast.
