''stuffed'' Bell Peppers Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 1/2 lb hot sausage
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cambells tomato soup
  • 1 (7 7/8 oz) envelope knorrs spanish rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in oil until soft.
  2. Add hamburger and sausages. Brown.
  3. Put in crockpot.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and set crockpot for 4 hours.
  5. Add a little water if it starts to get dry.
