Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat.
  3. Season beef on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Saute beef until browned on both sides.
  5. Transfer steak to an oven baking dish.
  6. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over steaks.
  7. Bake, uncovered for about an hour or until beef is tender.
  8. Adjust seasonings, if necessary by adding more salt and pepper.
