Ingredients:

  • 1 - 10 oz box of frozen spinach ( you can get this chopped already), chopped and squeezed dry
  • 1 pacakage of vegetable dip, usually knorrs think lipton may have 1.
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Thaw frozen spinach (chop and squeezed dry)
  2. I usually run the frozen spinach under hot water if you are in a hurry.
  3. Stir in soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise until blended.
  4. Add water chestnuts.
  5. Cover
  6. Chill for 2 hours.
  7. Stir before serving
  8. Don't eat it all!
