Spiced After-Dinner Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • whipped cream
  • 1 orange strip, for decoration

Directions:

  1. Heat coffee, sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks in a deep sauce pan over low heat for 10 minutes. Do Not Boil!
  2. Stir in Amaretto.
  3. Pour into mugs, serve with whipped cream. And decorate with orange rind strips if desired.
