Directions:

  1. Blend together the sugar, butter, and eggs.
  2. Blend in the pineapple and walnuts.
  3. Spread this mixture between vanilla waferes, make the stacks 5 cookie high.
  4. After making the Dream Whip, frost the stack of wafers and roll in the coconut.
  5. Refrigerate these overnight.
