Smoked Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Push coals to one side fo grill and place onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos to cook on indrect heat. Close lid and let smoke for about 15 minutes. The more smoke teh better. Turn once.
  2. Remove skin from tomatoes and place all ingredients except cilantro in food processor.
  3. Pulse until chunky, not pureed
  4. Add cilantro and stir. Salt to taste.
  5. Keep in refrigerator
