  5. Lb. ground beef, brown and remove grease
  6. /2 C. chopped onion
  7. C. chopped green pepper
  8. Garlic cloves finely minced
  9. Oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes, undrained
  10. Oz. cans kidney beans, 1 light, 1 dark, undrained
  11. Tsp. salt
  12. Tsp. black pepper
  13. Tsp. cumin
  14. Tbs. chili powder
  15. List end

  17. After ground
  18. Beef
  19. Is prepared and drained, add all other ingredients and simmer for 7-10 hours. If too spicy, add a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy.
