Ingredients:

  • 4 cups ketchup

Directions:

  1. Put ketchup in a bowl.
  2. Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of horseradish. This step will determine the amount of heat the cocktail sauce will have. Start out with adding just a little horseradish, stir and test. Add little by little till desired kick. We like so much in ours that it makes our eyes water!
  3. Squeeze in juice from 1/2 to a whole lemon. Mix.
  4. It's better if you cover or put in airtight container for several hours be fore serving.
  5. If it gets too much of a kick stir in more ketchup!
