diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, drained, velveeta cheese, cubed, chicken breast halves (cooked skinless, boneless , shredded ), sour cream, diced green onion, taco seasoning mix, minced jalapeno peppers (or to taste) (optional), black beans, rinsed and drained

ground chuck, onion, diced, garlic , pressed through mincer, refried beans (i ve also used regular black beans instead, and mashed them quite a bit), smooth taco sauce (i like taco bell s), hot or medium salsa, to your taste, diced green chilies , optional, diced jalapeno peppers , optional, shredded velveeta or kraft mexican four cheese, plus 1/2 cup for topping, cayenne pepper to taste (i now use tastefully simple fiesta party dip seasoning - it is so good!), cumin, chopped black olives for topping, scoop of sour cream for topping
