lean ground beef (or use turkey), onion, chopped, garlic clove, chopped, green peppers, diced, garlic salt, ground black pepper, fiesta nacho cheese soup (i use less fat and sodium ), milk (i use 2% fat), potatoes, peeled & sliced (or unpeeled and cut in wedges), sour cream, salsa, sliced green onion

smoked turkey sausage or kielbasa link, sweet potatos, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks (2 cups), red or green pepper , cut into 1 inch pieces (1 cup), stalk of celery , cut into half inch pieces (1/2 cup), chopped onion, chopped tomatos, undrained, o oz can of garbanzo beans, drained, beef broth , water or beer (i use beer..it gives the stew a great flavor!)
