3 time hot pork Recipes

pork gravy (i made this from leftover broth, but you can use store-bought gravy), bread (any variety you like, i used basic wheat), cooked pork roast (leftover and sliced ), mashed potatoes

fresh jalapeno (4-5 are plenty for us), salt, paprika (sweet or hot, i use sweet ), white wine, red wine, garlic cloves, chopped, boneless pork butt, cut into 8 pieces (i use thick cut boneless pork loin chops and reduce cooking time), oil (for roasting, about 1/4 cup), salt & pepper, to taste
