garlic , pressed through a press, vinegar (try balsamic-it is great!), catsup, regular or hot (i use hot ), olive oil, sugar or 5 tsp splenda substitute, salt and pepper, spinach, hard-boiled eggs (sliced or chopped ), hormel real bacon bits (i use hormel or oscar meyer if i don tsp fry the bacon myself - 4 slices)
