3 spelt crust apples Recipes

pie crusts, apples (pippin or granny smith), raw sugar (raw -cane for the pie), sugar (to sprinkle on top of the pie), organic brown sugar (organic -packed), organic spelt flour, apple pie spice (see how to make it below), vegan margarine (vegan-melted to drizzle over the apples)

granny smith apples (peeled, cored and thin sliced ), minute tapioca, powdered sugar substitute (i used z-sweet), turbinado sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon juice (fresh or from the bottle), cold goat butter, cinnamon sugar (optional), spelt flour (all purpose will work too), sea salt, vegetable shortening, cream cheese (i used non-dairy), cold water (filtered is best), cream (to brush on top of the pie-i used silk er), powdered sugar substitute (i used z-sweet to sprinkle on top of the pie)
