cooking onion, olive oil, whole dried lime , pierced once with a skewer (loomi, not optional! it gives it s distinctive taste to this soup), tomato paste, garlic cloves, crushed, tomato, chopped, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, ground cumin, fresh cilantro, chopped, carrot, diced, yellow potato, diced, chicken stock (i use my own homemade), red lentil, rice vermicelli, broken up, lemon , a fresh squeeze for each serving (optional but delicious)
