kale (can sub raw baby spinach, do not pre cook), cannellini beans, rinsed, shallots, chopped (can sub onion), roasted garlic (can sub sauteed garlic), italian sausage (or mushrooms), olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (optional)
