pork sausage, kidney beans, rinsed &amp,drained, water, stewed tomatoes, grain rice, uncooked, salsa or 2/3 cup picante sauce

sheet (25cm) ready-rolled frozen puff pastry, chorizo sausages, thinly sliced, jalapeno , deseeded and finely sliced, zucchini , thinly sliced lengthways (julienned), semi-dried tomatoes, drained, cut in half and stems removed, cheese, crumbled (we re blessed here in perth having direct access to kervella goat cheeses), tablsp balsamic vinegar, tablsp olive oil, baby spinach & lettuce salad leaves, to serve
